Privacy Policy
LEVEL Performance AI. Last updated 1 November 2026.
LEVEL Performance AI is an internal system that LEVEL uses to plan, run and report on advertising for itself and for its business clients. It is not a consumer product: there is no public sign-up, and only people LEVEL has authorised can use it.
This policy explains what data the system handles, why, and how to ask for it to be deleted.
Who we are
LEVEL (levelmena.com), W Amman Hotel, Rafiq Al Hariri Avenue, Amman, Jordan. For anything in this policy, write to hello@levelmena.com.
Data we handle
- Team accounts: the name and email address of authorised users, a protected form of their password, and a sign-in cookie that keeps them signed in. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
- Advertising account data from Meta: ad account details, campaigns, ad sets and ads, and their performance such as spend, impressions, clicks, reach and conversions.
- Pages and Instagram business accounts: account names and identifiers, published posts, captions, media and their performance figures, for accounts a client has connected.
- Public business profiles: public information about Instagram business accounts that a client names as competitors, such as posts and public counts.
- Pixel information: pixel names, status and total event counts.
- Business information from clients: budgets, product costs, stock levels and similar details that clients give us.
- Access tokens: the credentials that let the system connect to a platform on a client's behalf.
- Activity records: a log of actions taken in the system, such as approvals and changes, so that decisions can be traced.
The system works with aggregated advertising results. It does not receive the names or contact details of the individual people who see or click an ad, and it does not upload customer lists.
How we use it
- To show advertising performance and spot problems.
- To prepare campaigns and recommendations for a person to review and approve.
- To create or change campaigns on an account a client has connected, after approval.
- To produce reports for the client concerned.
- To keep the system secure and trace what was done.
We do not sell this data, and we do not use one client's data for another client's campaigns.
Who processes it
- Meta Platforms, the advertising platform the data comes from and that our changes are sent to.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the system, stores its data and controls access to it.
- Anthropic, only when AI creative review is switched on. Ad text and media chosen for review are then sent to Anthropic for analysis.
These providers may process data outside Jordan. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
Security
Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown in the system. Access is limited to authorised users, and every action is logged.
How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as a client works with us. When that ends, or when we receive a valid deletion request, we delete or anonymise it within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Deleting your data
- Email hello@levelmena.com with the subject "Data deletion" and name the account or business concerned. We confirm by email when it is done.
- A business can also remove the system's access at any time from its Meta Business settings. That stops new data from arriving. To remove what is already stored, send the email above.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to the address above.
Children
The system is for business use and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
